1. Please whatsapp us to share detailed photos of the item(s) along with
the following details:
- Condition of item: (e.g, new or any flaws)
- What does it come with:
- Do you wish to consign or direct sell off
This will enable us to provide an accurate price quotation based on factors such as market demand, color, style, material, series, and condition. Please note that not all items / brands may be accepted. This will be subjected to evaluation.
2. If the quotation given is agreeable, you may schedule an appointment with us to drop off your item to us for authentication. Price quoted will be the consignor’s take back price. Alternatively, local consignment / buy in pick-up service can be provided at SGD $20 for in-house courier service.
3. Upon reviewing, we shall finalise the consignment price and you will be issued a consignment slip to review and acknowledge both parties’ understandings. The minimum consignment period is 30 days/1 month. There will be a 10% forfeit fees of the quoted price for any early retrievals of item(s).
* Do not attempt to submit illegal counterfeit products. If an item is found to be unclear in authenticity or non-authentic upon authentication, the consignor will be required to collect the item from our showroom. Additionally, they will be blacklisted from further consignments. An administrative and authentication fee will apply: SGD 200-300 for bags, and SGD 100-200 for small leather goods, ready to wear, accessories, and shoes.
4. Once your item is sold, payment will be made within 3 business days. For direct sell off, item(s) will be subjected to authentication (24 – 48 hours) before payouts
