1. Share Your Item Details
Please WhatsApp us with clear photos of your item(s) and include the following information:
Condition: (e.g., new, gently used, or any flaws)
Includes: (e.g., box, dust bag, receipt, etc.)
Selling Preference: Do you wish to consign or sell directly?
This information helps us provide an accurate quotation based on factors such as market demand, color, style, material, series, and condition.
Please note that not all items or brands may be accepted; acceptance is subject to evaluation.
2. After Quotation Approval
If you agree with the quoted price, you can:
Book an appointment to drop off your item for authentication, or
Request a local pickup via our in-house courier service (SGD $20 fee).
The quoted price represents your take-back amount (amount you will receive).
3. Consignment Process
After authentication and review, we will finalize the consignment price and issue a consignment slip for your review and acknowledgment.
The minimum consignment period is 30 days (1 month).
Early retrieval of items will incur a 10% forfeiture fee based on the quoted price.
4. Authenticity Policy
Do not submit counterfeit or illegal products. If an item’s authenticity cannot be verified or is found to be non-authentic, you will be required to collect it from our showroom.
The consignor will be blacklisted from future consignments.
An administrative and authentication fee will apply:
SGD 200–300 for bags.
SGD 100–200 for small leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, and shoes.
5. Payment
Once your item is sold, payment will be processed within 3 business days.
For direct sales, items will undergo authentication (24–48 hours) before payout.
