How to purchase?
To purchase an item, reach out to us via

Where is your office showroom located at?
Our showroom is easily accessible from
Mattar MRT, Woodleigh MRT, and Tai Seng
MRT.
Please note that we go by appointment ONLY.
Please arrange a time slot via WhatsApp prior
to your arrival.

Is it possible to shop directly at your physical showroom?
Certainly.
However, please be aware that all items are
sold/reserved on a first-pay, first-served
basis. This means that your desired item
may be reserved, or sold to another
customer before your visit.
Can you reserve an item for me?
Yes, a 10% deposit of the purchase price is
required for us to reserve an item for you.
Upon the reservation of your item, please
take note of the following:
● Payment of 90% balance –
Within 2 weeks from date of
deposit payment
● Deposit payments are non
refundable, non transferable*
applies to all. Buyers are to
review all photos, descriptions,
and details before payment.
Failure to comply with the above timeline
will result in the forfeiture of your deposit
payment made.*If you require more time (4 – 8 weeks) to
fulfil your purchase, additional deposit
payments will be required. Feel free to
contact us via WhatsApp for more details.
If I were to change my mind, can I cancel my purchase?
No, we regret to inform you that any
exchange / refund requests for items sold
will not be entertained unless the item is
proven to be non-authentic by the brand or
a reputable third party.
Please make sure you are certain about
your purchase before proceeding with
payment.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept payment via Cash, Bank
Transfer, and PayNow UEN..
We do not accept payment via Debit /
Credit Cards at the moment.
Do you offer delivery for my purchases?
We provide the following complimentary
local deliveries within Singapore:
● Q-Express courier delivery, 2 – 4
working days (For purchases S$800
and below)
● Hand-carry delivery by our driver
(For purchases S$800 and above)
International delivery is also an option;
however, associated costs must be covered
by the customer. If you are interested in
overseas delivery, kindly reach out to us via
Whatsapp, and we will be happy to assist
you.
